Vokt is a behavioral drift detection service designed for compliance-critical codebases. The Service integrates with your CI/CD pipeline to analyze pull requests and detect changes to code behavior that may affect compliance, security, or data handling. The Service includes:

  • Call graph analysis and constraint violation detection
  • CI/CD integration tools and APIs
  • Usage-based subscription tiers
  • Documentation and examples

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

3.3 Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Licensing and Payments

4.1 License: Vokt is available under a yearly license. Contact us for licensing details.

4.2 Payment Processing: All payments are processed by Stackshala Technologies Private Limitedthrough Razorpay, a secure payment gateway.

4.3 License Period: Vokt licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Licenses do not auto-renew; you must manually renew before expiration.

4.4 Taxes: Applicable taxes may apply based on your location.

5. Usage

Your Vokt license includes:

  • Access to Vokt behavioral drift detection for your CI/CD pipeline
  • Integration with your repositories as specified in your license
  • We reserve the right to adjust usage terms to prevent abuse

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Stackshala Technologies Private Limitedand are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. While Vokt is designed to assist with compliance monitoring, it does not replace professional compliance audits or legal advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stackshala Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last 30 days.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law
